1. Introduction

Crown Cab Company, Inc. offers SMS customer-care messaging to assist customers with transportation requests, including ride requests, pickup information, driver information, trip updates, and communications with Crown Cab customer-service personnel.

2. Opt-In and Consent

Customers may opt in to SMS customer-care messaging when calling Crown Cab.

When SMS assistance is offered through Crown Cab’s telephone system, the caller is informed that Crown Cab can continue assisting them by text message at the telephone number from which they are calling.

The caller is asked to consent to receiving customer-care text messages from Crown Cab regarding their transportation request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

The customer must affirmatively press 1 on their telephone keypad to consent to SMS messaging. If the caller does not press 1, Crown Cab will not initiate an SMS conversation as part of this opt-in process.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing transportation services from Crown Cab.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your ride bookings and service interactions. You may receive multiple messages per ride transaction.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier. Crown Cab is not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of our SMS services at any time by texting "STOP" to 704-319-7589 or 704-315-6876. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have successfully unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages.
